3 appointments:

1.) Fitting and purchase – The showroom director will fit you, go over fabrics and design, and process your order.

2.) Second fitting – The showroom director looks over the fit of your garments and confirms any adjustments (if necessary).

3.) Final pickup – Try on your garments one last time and take them home.

For first-time client orders with a specific wearing date, we recommend budgeting 8 weeks to provide plenty of time.

Yes, we offer rushes for $250. Please plan in advance. If you are concerned about timing, contact your local showroom.

No. These are all custom garments made specifically for you.

For new garments, we will perform gratis alterations decided by the showroom director – if needed. After the garment has been taken home at the final pickup, any alterations requested can be performed for a fee. We do not alter garments from other brands or companies.
